“Bien ubicado”

The hotel is very pretty and comfortable, the staff are very attentive, and it’s less than a 5‑minute walk to Vielha. We came with my 17‑year‑old son and he was given a room just for himself, which was a great touch. We’ll definitely return if we come back. The tortilla and scrambled eggs were very good 😋, and the breakfast was nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed the night of 9 to 10 October (room 6), and the room 5 stayed in until well into the night at 01:00, shouting and banging (not hitting) on the radiator; we heard it, and my son in room 9 upstairs heard the same comments that say everything can be heard… the fault is not the hotel but people who think they are alone in the hotel and lack of education. I just forgot to mention that hot water didn’t come out.

“Un oasis de tranquilidad”

The location is good. The hotel is quiet with not many rooms. The breakfast isn’t extravagant but has everything you need whether you’re a sweet or salty person. In my opinion, the pillows could match the bed size for comfort, and since it’s October, a little heating at night and in the morning would be great! Still, a great stay!

The apartment’s décor is decent overall, but there are things that could be better. The living room has poor lighting and the dining area is dim. The kitchen lacked even a single trash bag. The bed linens are no longer the standard you’d expect in a minimally acceptable hotel today.

Very cozy. The location is excellent and the breakfast is a ten out of ten.
