The river view was nice, but the electrical wiring kept tripping and there was a leak under the sink that made us wash our teeth and feet. The outdoor lights stayed on all night, and the bed had an extremely hard mattress. Getting to the room was a rough wooden walk with uneven steps and no help from the staff. The area behind the bed was filthy!

The scenery was beautiful, yet the place was far from clean—dust and spider webs everywhere. The mattress only showed the springs, and the sheets didn't inspire confidence. The staff avoided any contact, no one collected the evening dishes, and an animal broke them during the night. The kayaks were muddy and only cleaned after we used them. The price is as high as those of the neighboring hotels, but the quality is the lowest.

The raft had two doors that didn't lock properly—this needs fixing. Other than that, everything was good: spacious, comfortable, very clean, excellent service, beautiful view, great atmosphere, and I’ll definitely come back.

The location is nice and you can access pedalos or kayaks, but there isn’t much else around.
