A truly lovely apartment with a caring host who treated us to a tasty breakfast in the morning; unfortunately the weather kept us from enjoying the garden, so we’ll definitely have to come back.

Spurvereden ved vandet in Greve Strand sits directly on the sandy beach, offering a sun terrace and garden relaxation. Family rooms feature private entrances, soundproofing, parquet floors, TV, wardrobe, and kitchenware. Guests enjoy free Wi‑Fi, bicycles, private parking, a lounge, outdoor play area, and daily housekeeping. Olsbæk Strand is a minute’s walk; Copenhagen Airport is 28 km away.

Our host Annette and her dog Ester were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, the breakfast is highly recommended, the beach is close, clean, and well maintained, and you can bike a pleasant 25 km (1.5 hours) to Copenhagen along a well‑marked path by the sea; we’ll gladly return if we feel the pull to Scandinavia again. The only downside was that we only planned a two‑day stop.

Annette was a very kind host and the dogs were warmly welcomed, allowed to use the garden; everything was very clean and for our needs it had everything we required; the breakfast was tasty; the location was good with beach access. For longer stays it was a bit unsuitable, but we were aware of that.

Alles. we thought it was a pity that there was not a countertop for doing the dishes ourselves. We felt bad that Annet had to do our dishes
