The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, and it was good value for money.

“Terrible. Please do not stay at this motel.”

The location was convenient. On a Friday arrival I found the sliding security door had come off its hinges and couldn’t be locked; I was told it would be fixed on Monday, but even in the afternoon it still wasn’t. I checked out a full day early without compensation because I felt unsafe and couldn’t sleep. The room smelled moldy, the facilities were cramped and poor, and I learned that rooms aren’t serviced on weekends, so we had wet towels from Friday night to Monday. The pool was green and dirty, and I couldn’t understand why there was a pool cleaner in it. The grounds were in a terrible state.

The pool and garden view were great, but the shower and bathroom were tiny, the bed felt hard, and the power points next to the bed couldn't fit a phone charger. The bedsheets had spot stains, the driveway entrance was very narrow, and the restaurant was closed on Sunday nights.
