They offered toiletries like face wash and shampoo for loan, which I appreciated. The hotel is about a 15‑minute walk from the nearest station, so it feels a bit far.

昼間にホテルに連絡したらキャンセルも出来ないと言われました!予約したのにマッサージチェアーもカラオケも何もない部屋でした………フロントに問い合わせても別の部屋は空いてないと言われました。予約した意味がありませんでした………２度行く事はありません！

I booked a rate that included breakfast, but when I arrived the breakfast was free. I only learned that I had to order by 4 AM that morning. At check‑in they confirmed the breakfast‑included rate, but no notice was given, so I left without having breakfast and checked out. I want the surcharge for breakfast‑included rooms reviewed and the free breakfast order time clarified.

We had to pay a very high extra fee and were not allowed to leave luggage in the room while housekeeping cleaned.
