It was there. The representative performed a room inspection and told us we couldn’t extend our stay because we had smoked a few cigarettes there. This left us without a room to rest in; the staff never mentioned any inspections or that it was a non‑smoking room, and I never signed anything stating otherwise. I thought it was a smoking room and was extending daily. Because we couldn’t extend as planned, we had to sleep in a car and pack under pressure, which left us stressed and unable to work. We want a refund for the days we stayed because the staff didn’t inform us and the lack of information caused us to lose money dealing with the non‑extension and rushed checkout.

We arrived at the motel and it was really run down; the pool area looked disgusting. The part I didn’t like was that when I got there, the place looked like the photos of the pool area, and after taking out insurance for cancellations I still wasn’t refunded my entire amount.
