Airone Wellness Hotel

The reception staff were nice, the room was large, and the location on the road up to Etna is good. There is parking on site. The hotel advertised a pool, but you have to pay extra to use it. The restaurants are quite far and the in‑house options are limited and expensive for what you get. I stayed in an annex room with a lovely balcony and great views, but it was very noisy; the sound carried through every time someone closed a door, so the soundproofing was poor. Wi‑Fi went down the night we were there, though it seemed to come back on when we left.

The hotel is excellent, the spa is very welcoming and comfortable, and the staff are courteous and professional. The only flaw is the breakfast, which is a bit limited in variety.

“Due giorni di vero relax”

We stayed for two days and the staff were incredibly kind and always ready to help; the wellness center was well equipped with a nice indoor pool, and the breakfast felt like a four‑star experience. The only downsides were a mattress that was a bit too soft and the fact that you have to climb a ramp of stairs from the parking to the floors, which isn’t very convenient when you have luggage.

“Ottimo hotel con spa”

The structure is modern and welcoming, rooms are tidy, the bathroom is new, and the view, pool, and restaurant with sea view are beautiful. Breakfast is excellent, parking is convenient, the spa is lovely, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The only hiccup was a small issue with the towel change not being delivered despite several reminders, and the spa rules were not enforced, causing a lot of confusion.

“Sehr schlecht, absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!”

Lage war gut für den Besuch auf dem Etna. Aber rundherum nichts los auch im nächsten Ort war nichts los keine Restaurants oder Bars geöffnet. Rundherum nichts los kaum Restaurants oder Bars. Zusätzliche Kosten für die Nutzung des Hotel Spa. Keine Bademäntel oder Schlappen. Schimmel im Bad und abgeplatzte Fliesen. Plastikbecher beim Frühstück für Getränke, zu Zeiten von Klimaschutz absolutes NoGo. Preis/Leistung absolut nicht ausreichend. Zimmer sehr hellhörig konnten die Nachbarn schnarchen hören und auch der Wecker von Ihnen hat uns mit aufgeweckt. Tropfgeräusche im Zimmer auch angesprochen beim Personal aber die interessieren sich null für Kritik. Wurde nichts dokumentiert oder weitergegeben. Kurz gesagt sehr schlecht und absolut nicht weiterzuempfehlen!
