The location is good, but the room was very hot despite the fan, the TV was outdated with bad reception, and the restaurant service could improve. They served soda in a bottle; I had to ask for a glass with ice. At breakfast in the kitchen, there’s a radio playing the mass; it would be better to have ambient music. The jacuzzi with bar is sad, with loud sound. The staff’s commercial attitude was lacking when I arrived at the parking; a vehicle blocked the entrance and they couldn’t move it because they didn’t know who owned it.

The facilities are comfortable and the staff gives great attention, and the restaurant offers a good menu with suitable options. The first day I didn’t get breakfast because it was only included from day two onward, which I find unfair. The area is nice but always far from tourist spots.
