I didn’t like anything! There was no one to greet guests, the Buffalo Bills sign was all shut up with for‑sale signs, a poster with an arrow pointing to my room was stuck on the inside door to Buffalo Bill's, my room needed cleaning because there was rubbish on the floor, the sink and bath were dirty, there was no toilet paper, no soap, no duvet cover, a tall weed in front of my door, and I had no key.
