“Péssima experiência”

I arrived late because of my transport, and there was no sign telling me what to do or anyone around; everything was locked. I had to call a mobile number, and the security guard came to hand me a key. The bathroom was mixed and exposed, far from the room. No visible security on the premises. The bed was small and hard, with only one small, uncomfortable pillow. The sheet was thin and the duvet as thin as the sheet, so it couldn't keep me warm; I stayed cold all night. At 6 am I gave up sleeping and left for work, exhausted even more than when I arrived the night before. Overall, a terrible experience.

The proximity is good. The bed, the room, the price, and the lack of manners from the young people are terrible. For $100 a night it’s a theft, lower your prices, I complain about the young people forced to stay there. Guaranteed neck pain.

The location was fine, but the rooms were outdated, the bedding extremely uncomfortable, the furniture very basic, and the price was far too high for what was offered. Absolutely awful and overcharged.

“C’est qu’en même au dessus de la moyenne .”

The hotel sits in downtown Rimouski, has good security, wide corridors, and practical storage, though it lacks major luxuries. It’s close to the Rimouski hospital and the premises are clean. However, there were not enough towels for washing, no extra sheets, the heating was stuck at 25 °C, there was no TV in the room, and the mattress was small.

The location, comfort, and equipment are good, but the room faces the toilets, so it’s a bit noisy.
