The receptionist was pleasant and the room was large, but the hotel never received the reservation confirmation, forcing me to go in person to make a new booking—very disappointing. The listing claimed a free airport shuttle, yet staff told me none existed, so I had to call a taxi at 3 am, which was also disappointing. According to the front desk, the restaurant opened at 19:00, but when I arrived at 19:30 it wasn’t ready and chairs were still on the tables; the chef (or whoever was there) said they actually opened around 20:00‑20:30 when there would be guests and close at 21:30. In the room, four lamps were present but only one bulb worked, leaving the space dim; the bathroom was fairly clean but only had two old face towels, no shower towels and no mat for stepping out.

The hotel’s proximity to the airport is a real plus, but the rooms were hardly cleaned and the breakfast was disappointingly basic.

I didn’t like anything; the bathroom was dirty and old, the bed was worn and the carpet filthy, the towels were dirty, and the hotel is poorly located.
