When we arrived late in the evening, the room only had nuts to eat—nothing else.

We stay here every year because it’s convenient and always clean. I was annoyed that, despite booking a suite and paying for the hotel, we couldn’t pay to park in their garage. I don’t think it’s fair to let non‑guests park there instead of our own guests.
