A beautiful place, the reception staff are highly intelligent and very kind, they made a good impression and the hotel is safe; we’ll return. Breakfast needs improvement; most of the staff try, but there’s no solution for vegetarians or vegans, which is a basic requirement. The area for making omelets was annoying, the worker was unpleasant, but I’ll note that she was quickly replaced; the previous staff member was a very nice, long‑time employee who did her best. Coffee quality should be improved. I compare it to top hotels like Four Seasons, Compartment, and W; sorry, it was awful. The jazz music at 07:00 a.m. was unpleasant; we come to rest or work online, it’s exhausting, but we really loved the hotel, the reception staff, and the cleaning crew were excellent and polite.
