The location was superb. Breakfasts were very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The noise level in the evenings was awful, the Wi‑Fi was poor, there were no device charging ports in the room, and the electricity turned off when you left the room.

The room we had was excellent, with plenty of space and a nice street view. The TV could have been mounted above the sideboard for better aesthetics.

The location was great, the value for money was solid, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. Fiona at breakfast was lovely and provided outstanding customer service. The lift was a plus. A rogue extractor fan in the bathroom would not turn off even when the light was on; we reported it to management and received a discount voucher for food. The outcome was more than satisfactory. They called an electrician but he didn’t come before we left. It didn’t ruin our stay, but it needs fixing for future guests in room 211.
