The staff at this hotel truly stood out with their bright smiles and excellent demeanor, making them a joy to interact with. Although I didn't have any major complaints, I did have some expectations that weren't quite met. Despite this, the hotel's staff and overall atmosphere left a lasting impression on me.
“Go for the feeling you're an important customer”
I was blown away by the exceptional hospitality of the staff - they were the friendliest I've encountered during my time in Thailand, and their warm demeanor will undoubtedly bring me back to this hotel. However, I was initially disappointed to find out that they couldn't accommodate my request for an upper floor, which I usually prefer to minimize noise. Fortunately, the hotel's efforts to meet my request were appreciated, and I slept surprisingly well despite the initial setback.
A quiet spot in the middle of the hustle, and the staff on the early shift (3/5) were decent.
I was really disappointed with the room size, which was much smaller than I had anticipated. Despite this, the hotel had its redeeming qualities, but the tiny room was a major letdown. It's a shame, because I had high hopes for my stay. Unfortunately, the room's size overshadowed the rest of my experience.
