The breakfast was varied and good, and the Japanese restaurant was also very good. The poolside area was super cozy. The staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. However, the seams around the pool were moldy and the water was not clean. The pool drinks were far too expensive, and we found there was no value for money at all. Overall, the hotel is very pricey. We were also disappointed that we couldn't go to the sea; the whole beach was full of seaweed, which was a shame because we booked this place specifically for its proximity to the beach. Some service staff were severely sick, coughing and sneezing into their hands while serving food and drinks, which is inappropriate for a five‑star hotel and shows poor training. Regarding the rooms, the price‑performance ratio is not good; they are far too small for the price. The bathroom offers almost no storage space, making it very tight and uncomfortable for two people, and a woman trying to blow-dry or straighten hair in the bathroom is almost impossible.

The hotel gives a strong first impression with a warm welcome and genuinely friendly staff. The pool area is lovely, and I really enjoyed the vibe around the bar. Yet, when it comes to value, I was quite disappointed. At around €2,000 per night, I expected a much higher level of luxury, comfort, and service, especially compared to other Ibiza hotels. The rooms are surprisingly small for that price. The restaurant is decent, but the food is extremely overpriced for the quality offered. The breakfast selection is also quite limited and could definitely use improvement. Room service is similarly overpriced. The spa was probably the biggest let‑down; it’s located downstairs and consists of a tiny sauna, a very small hammam, and a cramped changing area. For a hotel charging these rates, the wellness facilities are seriously underwhelming. Another downside is the beach situation. The hotel is located by what feels more like a marina than a proper beach, so you don’t get that beautiful sandy beach experience you might expect when staying in Ibiza. Overall, I can see that the hotel is making an effort, and the staff deserves credit for being so welcoming. However, the experience simply doesn’t justify the price. At €2,000 per night, there are much better options in Ibiza offering more spacious rooms, better facilities, and a more complete luxury experience. Beautiful atmosphere and lovely people, but unfortunately, very poor value for money. What disappointed me the most was that everything felt extremely overpriced. On top of the already expensive room rate, I noticed additional charges on my bill that I didn’t fully understand, which made the experience even more frustrating. Compared to other luxury hotels in Ibiza, I really don’t think the pricing is justified, especially considering the small rooms, limited facilities, and lack of a proper beach experience. At these rates, I expected much better value, more transparency with the charges, and an overall higher standard of luxury. Unfortunately, despite the friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere, I left feeling that the hotel charges far more than the experience is actually worth.
