“Agradável, voltaremos a esse hotel.”
The location, comfort, and staff were good, but the cooling system and cleaning were lacking.

The location was great, but the room was very basic.

I liked the overall style, but the breakfast area felt cramped, the AC in the room was noisy, and water leaked from the shower.

The hotel was beautifully appointed and close to The Prado & Retiro Park. Nothing negative.
