El personal amable, el lobby agradable. La limpieza buena. La cama y baño bien. The elevators are scary!!! Even though they have been well maintained, don't feel or look that way. The smell in the hallway (6th floor) was not pleasant.

The hotel sits right next to the nationwide Arena in a safe part of the city, which made me feel comfortable and happy. The front desk staff were very friendly. I didn’t have to pay for parking, although I was initially worried I would. I would have liked a breakfast buffet, and the price felt a bit steep for a Holiday Inn. There was a dirty handprint on the bathroom wall, but I managed to clean it off.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The hotel feels very old and needs a serious renovation. The staff are unmotivated, especially in the bar at night. The only exception was the receptionist who, during the evening check‑in, switched my room immediately because of an extreme odor.

The room and bathroom were somewhat updated and the price was good. There was no free breakfast, and the burger at the restaurant was just okay. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, and the refrigerator never cooled. The carpets in the rooms should be removed.
