FabHotel The Everest 43

I had a terrible experience with this hotel and would strongly advise others to be cautious. The hotel listed is no longer operating under the same ownership. The property has apparently been sold to a new owner, yet the old hotel listing remains active and continues to accept online bookings. I made a reservation through the listing, received a confirmation email from FabHotels, and arrived at the location only to discover that the hotel I had booked no longer exists. When I contacted FabHotels, their customer service team denied receiving the booking and disconnected the call, despite my having a valid confirmation email. As a result, I lost both time and money. To make matters worse, I have not received any refund despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue. This experience feels like a complete scam. Taking bookings for a property that is no longer operating and refusing to acknowledge confirmed reservations is unacceptable. I would not recommend booking through this listing until the issue is resolved and affected customers are refunded. Very disappointed and frustrated.

I stayed in an old building with a broken sewer system, and I got locked in my room once; the caretaker had to jump through the window to get me out, and the fans had no speed regulator.

There was no water supply, so in the morning I left the hotel without brushing my teeth, freshening up, or taking a shower.

“Not worthy”

The location was good, but the place was unclean—especially the washrooms, which were very dirty—so I wouldn’t recommend it.

“Not at all recommended”

The only thing I liked was the location. Near to metro station. Starting from facilities, to staff and to random policies. All made the experience worst. When I checked in, they first didn't know I had room booked, then staff called someone and confirmed it was booked. Later, the fan switch didn't work, they got it working with a plier tool. There was no WiFi in the room, and staff was very rude in even checking that there isn't WiFi range in that room. They changed my room, it was ok then. Later on, couple of hours later a staff asked if you're a family? I said no, we're all friends and then they said it is not allowed! Wtf!? Aren't you supposed to mention it while booking or atleast prior to checkin? No, they mention it later on after taking the money and make you uncomfortable from then on. Either the staff was not at all aware that were living in 2024 or they were just trying to close down the accommodation. I will never ever stay at a fabhotels accommodation after this and won't recommend too
