Relatively inexpensive location near Alimos Marina, a 20‑minute walk is easily reachable. Good value for money. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. Perfect for 1–2 nights. The furnishings feel a bit dated, the balcony door could not be locked, and the air conditioning unfortunately did not work.

Very good location for someone who wants to be close to Alimos marina, even walking with luggage is acceptable. The hotel did not offer coffee or tea; the reception directed us to the nearest café, but for someone who does not want to leave the hotel in the morning to get caffeine, it is not the best place.

I stayed in a place that’s marketed as a seaside hotel, yet it’s actually tucked onto an inner street surrounded by noisy construction sites; if you plan to sleep past 8 am, you’re in for a rough night. The staff, especially the owner, clearly have no idea what friendliness or customer care means; the lady at reception didn’t speak English or any other language besides a Balkan tongue, so when I asked to speak to someone who spoke English, she called in the owner, who misinterpreted my question about a laundromat and replied, “we don't do laundry here, you can take your f***ing money, and go somewhere else,” without even pretending to refund the night I’d already paid for.

Parking was a big plus, and there’s a coffee shop nearby, though not much else within walking distance; the hotel is close to the water, the room was clean and comfortable, and getting to Piraeus and Glyfada by car was easy. The only downside was that the small private‑owned hotel had some expected imperfections, and I’d have preferred a proper desk and chair; the price was a bit steep for what was offered.
