The location was completely different from what was advertised on Booking; the hotel was at a noisy port, not in the city center as the map indicated. I had to leave the next day—arriving too late that night—to find another hotel for ten days, which was a nightmare during peak season. They kept me waiting for days before telling me no refund would be issued. This is outright false advertising, not a legitimate cancellation. The location needs to be corrected or avoided entirely.
