The Riad’s location in the medina is authentic, but it isn’t a hotel or guesthouse, so there was almost no staff in the afternoon and few other guests, making it feel empty at times. The breakfast repeats itself if you stay more than a day. The website describes a grand‑luxury Riad, but we were far from that; it needs a refresh and the rooftop is unused and poorly maintained.

We liked the location near the Medina souk, but the rooftop isn’t used to its full potential—too bad! We could have just had tea there.

The location, terraces, hearty breakfasts and cool décor made the riad charming overall, but we couldn’t lock the door to our private lounge, there was only one hair dryer for two rooms, no shower gel or shampoo, and we had to request toiletries for the bathroom and they never supplied shower gel; the manager’s relational approach was also disappointing.
