The rooms were extremely damp, not clean, and the room card never worked. We left a jacket in one of the rooms, wrote several times for help finding it, and were simply ignored. The jacket never turned up and we received no response.

The proximity to the beach and the center was great. However, there were rooms without windows or lighting.

The location was fine. Room 509 had no ventilation, no windows, the dehumidifier didn’t work, and when we notified staff they didn’t check it. There was dampness in the room and the bathroom, and the smell was unpleasant.

The location was good, you’re close to the beach! The price doesn’t justify the hotel’s facilities.

I had an excellent experience in San Andrés. What I liked most was its location, very quiet yet close to everything. The rooms were very comfortable, clean, and truly peaceful for rest. The best part was the staff—very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. Definitely a place to return to and recommend 100%. As a suggestion, the breakfast could offer more variety, and the lunch and dinner service could speed up delivery times, as the wait is 30 to 45 minutes. Other than that, everything was very good.
