The rooms were nice, clean and spacious, and the hotel sits on a street full of bars and restaurants in a great spot. The only downside was the missing elevator, but that didn’t bother us.

The room was comfortable and had plenty of space, and the location made walking around the city easy. The receptionist and other staff were very friendly and helpful. At night it gets noisy because of the restaurants right in front of the hotel, and the toilet is too dark with only one light working.

The location is great for exploring Kutaisi, with good restaurants nearby and a large, airy and comfortable room. The staff were helpful in arranging a countryside trip. On Saturday night the bar across the street was loud until the early hours.

The décor is beautiful, the room is very cosy and super clean. The location is ideal for walking around, and the bed is comfy; the room also has a kettle for tea or coffee, water, and a fridge, and it’s spacious. The staff were helpful. It was a Saturday night, so there was a lot of noise from the Beer museum restaurant across the road, which stays open 24 hours and was busy all night.
