As a regular visitor to Puerto Salgar over the years, I've watched this hotel evolve. Its growth has been impressive, driven by the tourism attracted by Hacienda Napoles. The facilities, while not flawless, are well maintained and the staff strives to keep the spaces clean and modern. The pool upgrade was a big plus, and the electric car charger is definitely a great addition. On the downside, the service feels a bit less organized and charismatic, especially at the restaurant, and the staff seem to overlook guests in areas like the new pool that encourage a good time and, likely, consumption. We noticed a mess at checkout, with several guests leaving at the same time.
