The reception staff were friendly and helpful at check‑in and check‑out, the property is centrally located with easy access to the city centre, but there was no room‑service staff nearby, no access to a restroom from the dining area, and the reception staff seemed to need training in handling customers who jump the queue.

The restaurant staff were super helpful and friendly, thanks to Mr Shankar, Mr Santiago and Mr Keith. At the front desk, the young staff were incompetent, reciting instructions like a school lesson; the rooms were small, awful, and the bathrooms were just as bad.
