The receptionist told me guests were only allowed to use the room for 15 minutes, which is ridiculous for a 5‑star hotel; I wanted to use extra towels, pillows, and brushes, but they only let me stay 15 minutes before taking them back.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city. However, the noise from the street outside was a real issue and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. I'd still recommend it for the convenience, but bring earplugs.
