The location is very good. There is no reception at the inn; when I arrived they didn’t even know I had a reservation. They should at least contact guests on the day to give information about the stay.

The accommodation was great, spacious enough for two people, very comfortable, with a very good breakfast, air conditioning working perfectly, and an excellent shower. The staff at the lodge were exceptional—Diana, Mr. Edvaldo, and the kitchen girls. I recommend it and will definitely return!

The scenery is beautiful, the place looks nice. The rooms smelled moldy, and the worst thing happened with the breakfast service: my husband and I arrived to have breakfast, sat at a table, and the staff told us she had reserved that table for a family. I explained that my husband and I are a family, but when I turned to grab our coffee, she was dismantling the table. I asked her to leave it, and she did, but it was an unnecessary hassle. The next day, the breakfast offered leftovers from the previous day—there were literally four pieces of cheese, only one flavor of gelato, and the bread was stale. Overall, the experience over the two days we had breakfast was quite unpleasant, and I won’t return to this lodge.
