Eureka Hotel

I walked into the hotel and asked for a room. An Egyptian woman at the front desk told me there were none available, and I got the feeling she just didn’t want to give me one. Later I booked and showed her my reservation, but she asked me to wait for about 20 minutes. A Filipino receptionist finally helped after I explained the situation. Unfortunately, the shower head in my room was broken, so I couldn’t get a proper shower. Overall, I was disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

The staff are very good. The bed sheets in the room were dirty, I could see hair and the pillows had a bad smell.

“Greatest”

Clean & Hygenic. In the bathroom shower bath tank drain stopper or closet almost not available We couples always booking since 5 years but every time received only one towel both of our usage

“Little relaxation”

At check‑in the reception staff were friendly, I think they were Arabic and very helpful and professional, and housekeeping staff Kamran was also very helpful with my requests. The cleanliness was poor: dust everywhere, sheets and pillowcases were dirty, bathrooms were not cleaned at all, and the mattress was uncomfortable and old. I stayed here a year ago and the standards were not good.
