Accommodation, cleanliness and location are very good. The breakfast offers a variety and is very tasty. The restaurant food is good, but always cold. All staff look awful, the service is very bad, especially at reception.

The apartment size is comfortable. The leisure area was poorly planned, there aren’t enough staff to attend, the kids’ section has no bar, and there’s a boiler that emits smoke, which is somewhat scary. The apartment lacks basic kitchen items. Cleaning occurs only every 48/48 hours, which is very inconvenient when you have children.

Based on my mid‑season stay, I can say I was satisfied. I booked half board, and the breakfast served was honest. The replenishment staff were attentive to restocking everything. I noticed that during peak season the service might not keep up with the number of guests; on the weekend there was more delay in food replenishment and cups were missing. I arrived on a Wednesday, so services were better with fewer people. As the weekend progressed, the pools became dirtier and greasier. The occupancy was higher that weekend, but it was not peak season; occupancy should have been at most 50 %. Regarding the apartment, I have nothing to complain about—it was very good and spacious. One observation about cleanliness: we found the air was slightly cold, and when we looked at the filter it was filthy. Maintenance should pay more attention to that. The gap in the sliding door between the living room and balcony was full of dirt, which prevented the door from closing properly. These details deserve more attention.

The pools were great. However, there were bedbugs in apartment J 402, and sometimes I found bags of trash near the elevator, a torn trash bag, and trash on the floor. On the 29th the sauna temperature was very hot—I couldn’t stay for two minutes. Breakfast was messy, perhaps because there were many people. There was no TV in the room, and the TV in the lounge had very few channel options.
