Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
Very friendly staff, good breakfast, large TV, clean room—top. The bathroom had a worn‑out shower curtain that looked old and unclean; a proper shower cabin would be better. There was some mildew on the shower seams and rust on the fixtures.

Cleanliness was good. The pillow was too big, and the breakfast ran out of hot dishes.

Great location in the city centre, parking right outside the building.

I often travel to Backnang to visit family, and I've booked at Taste Smart Hotel several times already; I'll keep doing so because it meets my expectations.
