“Soddisfatta”
Central location, clean and welcoming. We weren’t allowed to have an early breakfast (needed for a flight) even though it was included in the price.
We hadn’t planned to stay here, but we’re so glad we did. After a bad experience elsewhere, we booked and arrived within 20 minutes; everything was already clean and ready, the staff welcomed us immediately, gave clear access instructions, and offered call assistance if we got lost. As two female travelers, this place gave us the best security and kindness. We were also greeted each morning with free breakfast and the staff had smiling faces. I can’t recommend it more! No negatives—very pleased.
“Increíble”
The place is in a great spot, the service and cleanliness are always spot‑on, but the Wi‑Fi is terrible.
“不推荐”
离火车站近. 床品不干净，睡完整个人过敏起红疹
Good location near Termini station and the metro. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s little storage space and the breakfast selection is weak.
