“Friendly staff but the rest....oh dear”

I was really looking forward to staying at this place, but things didn't quite live up to my expectations. The staff were friendly and the property felt secure, which was a big plus. However, the reality was quite different from the description - there was no 24-hour WiFi, and I had to ask for it to be turned on, only to have it drop in and out. The water situation was also a bit of a challenge, with the tank needing to be pumped on request.

“To improve the use of booking”

Our stay at this B&B was.fine. We had some issues with the booking, which was a bit of a hassle, but the staff were very helpful and managed to sort it out. We ended up paying for the room and adding an extra bed, and then paying separately for breakfast, which was decent and cheap at 15,000 Ugandan shillings each. The staff were very friendly, which made up for some of the other issues. It's not the most impressive place, but it's a decent option if you're looking for a basic stay.

“Good stopover on the way west”

The staff at this place were really nice, and the food was great, which was a big plus. The rooms were also clean, which is always a bonus. However, the water situation was a bit of a challenge, but I've had worse in Uganda. The real issue was the noise - the bar behind the hotel was blasting music until 3 AM, and the roosters started crowing at 6 AM, which meant I only got 3 hours of sleep. Not ideal, but I guess it's to be expected in a place like this.

We felt really safe and at home here, thanks to the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They even made us pizzas, which was a nice touch. However, the power and water situation was a bit of a challenge, but I guess that's just part of traveling in this country. Still, the staff made up for it with their kindness and hospitality.

“Bom para dormir, excelente para comer”

This place is a hidden gem, tucked away in a quiet spot that's perfect for a quick overnight stay. The surrounding area isn't exactly picturesque, but there's a great restaurant/bar on site that serves top-notch food - we were blown away from dinner to breakfast. The staff are super friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. The only downside is that it can get pretty noisy due to the surrounding area.
