The location was good and the rooms were large – we rented both rooms. The bathrooms were newly renovated and spacious, and the air‑conditioner was very efficient and welcome. There were many restaurants nearby, and Guiseppe and Anna were very friendly and helpful. The middle bed in ny room sank in the middle, some decent hangers would be nice in the wardrobe, and it lacks towel racks.

It offered good value for money in a nice location, was spacious, had air conditioning, and an elevator to reach the 5th floor. Not exactly a negative, but we didn’t realise breakfast was not in the B&B; it was at a café downstairs where you could get a coffee and a cornetto. That was fine but useful to know.

Bra wifi Välstädat Tyst rum trots att det var i närheten av en stimmig gata Kylskåp Värdarna var trevliga och flexibla. Frukost i en bar, använde den aldrig. Det var för krångligt

The place is in a prime spot in this very historic area, everything is within walking distance. The owner is attentive to our needs. The room is spacious; we were two but it could accommodate up to four people. Very clean. The breakfast at the downstairs café is typical for Italy (a pastry and a drink) but it’s noisy and there’s only a wind‑exposed terrace outside, so depending on the season that can be annoying. One morning it was closed without warning the owner, so we had to go somewhere else and never returned.
