“Tikejausi geriau”

The bed was nice, but the room was too small for the mattress, it smelled bad and needed constant cleaning. It was listed as on the first floor, yet we were on the second. The stairs were steep, and the kitchen shared with other rooms was always a nuisance; we had to climb to the third floor for the kitchen, and on the second floor the kitchen had persistent water dripping from the ceiling.

“Für eine Nacht ganz gut”

The room itself was fine – basic furnishings, nothing fancy – and the place sits right on a busy road, which made catching a bus a breeze. On the downside, the walls are pretty thin, so you can hear everything down the hall, and I felt the price for a private room was a bit steep for what you get. Overall, convenient but noisy and pricey.

The manager really came through when I had a small issue with my motorcycle; he was super helpful, which you don’t see that often. Unfortunately the neighbourhood seems a bit tricky – my bike got knocked over even though it was about two metres away from a parked car. Good service, but watch out for the area.

The room was nice and comfortable, exactly what I needed for a short stay. The only let‑down was that there was no breakfast offered, which I had expected. A pleasant room, just missing the morning meal.
