“Ne pas s'arrêter dans cet hôtel !!”
The only thing that mattered was the location. The double bed was actually two single beds pressed together and tied with a single sheet, the TV had no channels so it was useless, the AC didn’t work, and the fridge only warmed food. The shower had moldy seals, the bathroom cabinet was damaged, no coffee was offered, and there was no front desk because it’s in a building with residents; they didn’t always answer the phone number provided. The electrical system cut itself off when we left the room, so no AC or fridge during our absence, but since they weren’t working it made no difference. Leaving our bags on departure day was charged. A third‑party bank hold of a third of the amount stayed on my account for the whole stay and even after leaving, I had to email to get it removed, so that money was blocked and I couldn’t spend it all vacation, which is unacceptable. Very disappointed, I would not recommend this hotel.
