Everyone was so friendly! They make you forget the small missing details. The location is at the entrance of Arusha when coming from Kilimanjaro Airport, which is great after a long trip. Breakfast was very good and pleasant, served in the garden with plenty of good vibes. The room is very basic, especially the bathroom, although it is large.

The rooms feel like large chalets, with spacious beds and bathrooms. Staff are very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast is good. Lunch and dinner are also tasty. However, the hot water is insufficient; it doesn’t heat enough for two showers, and the price is high—$20 per person for the menu, which is far above the regional average.

The location was super, the setting was incredibly beautiful and cozy, the pool was nice with plenty of loungers, the food was very good, and above all the staff were incredibly friendly.

The surrounding gardens and room style were nice, but not all facilities were working and I wasn’t told how the air conditioner worked; apparently other countries don’t have a special switch for it. I wasn’t informed about available activities, so I had to look for information in the rooms or at the front desk.
