“Not quite the Best Night in Korea”
The room was a good size and the breakfast was excellent; parking was free, and the on‑site gym, sauna, and kids’ play area were all spotless and clean. However, the hotel no longer feels like the “Best Night in Korea”; housekeeping missed refreshing the tea and coffee, leaving only free Mocha coffee, and we got stuck in the lift for 30 minutes without any apology from management. It took 15 minutes to respond to the alarm call, which was far too long. This is disappointing since we have rated this hotel extremely high before. A shower curtain and a safe would also be welcome additions.
