The bus from Chitose Airport stops right outside the hotel, which was super convenient, and the front desk staff were very friendly and answered all my questions thoroughly. I stayed on the 11th floor in a double‑bed room that was comfortable, and the free coffee was a big plus that I used a lot.

They handled all my requests politely and solved my problem when I lost my room key, which was a huge relief. The staff were very courteous, and I look forward to staying again.

The hotel is very close to Susukino Station, surrounded by shopping and restaurants, which I liked a lot. The staff were extremely friendly and I was generally satisfied. The breakfast was a simple buffet that I didn't sign up for, so I bought a convenience‑store lunch instead. The mini‑fridge inside the room was too small to keep ice cream.

昨年に利用した時にとても快適だったので、二度目の利用でした。 アクセスがよいのと、清潔な環境が気に入っています。. チェックインまで時間があり、荷物だけ預かってもらえないかお願いしたのですが、対応がもう少し良ければと思いました。 暗く、何をおっしゃっているのかわからない感じで、荷物を預かるのが億劫なそぶりが感じられて不安になるタイミングがありました。 もう1点。 お風呂を溜めて流した際に、なかなか流れなかったので、排水溝が詰まっているかもしれません。 また利用したいので、期待をこめて！
