I liked that the room seemed clean and the beds were comfortable, but I saw several roaches and a couple of spiders, and the electrical outlets didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my cell phone; the location didn’t have breakfast even though it was advertised that they serve breakfast online.

I booked a non‑smoking room with breakfast included, yet the tobacco smell was awful, kept me awake, and I’m allergic to it; the room wasn’t fully clean, and despite paying, no breakfast was offered.
