The pool, the proximity to restaurants, and the staff’s friendliness were all great, and I could bring my dog to breakfast. The staff were kind. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were friendly at reception and the bedding was very comfortable, so we slept great. However, the breakfast fell short of the hotel's standard, with hardly any fruit and no yogurts.

The pool was out of service, and I was only informed once I was on the train to Niort; I would have preferred to know beforehand, especially since this was a major reason I chose the hotel and I was traveling with my granddaughter.
