The staff, location, quiet environment (we especially appreciated that there was no music even at dinner time), kitchen/dining options, pool… overall we really liked it; exactly the kind of peaceful, beautiful place surrounded by nature we were craving. It was a perfect arrival after traveling, sightseeing, and bustling. The signal strength wasn’t always consistent everywhere, but it didn’t bother us because we were there to rest and unwind. Because of the mountains the sun sets earlier here, which can be an extra plus in the summer heat.

The setting, the pool, the balcony‑terrace of the room, the very explanatory wine list with good quality wines, and decent food were all great, yet the pool cleaning at 8 am was noisy.

“Perfecte locatie, goed eten, weinig comfort!”

The pool and the location were nice, yet the rooms lacked air‑conditioning, had no fridge, the mattresses were bad, and overall the rooms needed a refresh; breakfast was awful with stale bread, no fruit, cakes, or bread that had been sitting for four days; the pool was shared with the whole village, leaving no space, and there was a lot of noise.
