Located near Bergen Flesland Airport, Quality Hotel Edvard Grieg is a 20-minute drive from Bergen city center. The room was clean enough, but I was assigned a room right next to a construction site, so the whole three‑day stay was noisy and I couldn't relax. From 7 am until the evening, the excavator and falling stones kept me awake. The hotel is on the outskirts of Bergen, about a kilometer to the bus and metro stop, and the city center takes 30–40 minutes to reach. There are no chain supermarkets or eateries nearby.

The morning meal was good. All information in the room and elsewhere at the hotel was only in English, even though this hotel is in Norway.

I stayed in a decent and somewhat spacious hotel with friendly staff and a good family room that had comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, and parking. The breakfast was lovely, though the dinner menu was small but still tasty. The only downside was the lack of international TV channels and Netflix, which I expected even in a hotel of this size.
