The breakfast sausage patties were dry and not visually appealing, and the chocolate chips weren’t Nestlé and didn’t taste like chocolate; otherwise the breakfast was fine. The filtered light from the bathroom was inconvenient because if someone needed to use it at night it woke the other family up.

The smoke alarm’s light in the room kept flashing, didn’t seem to indicate anything wrong, was only obvious in the dark, but disrupted my sleep.

The floor and bed were quiet. I found hair in different places, which I don’t want to see unless it’s from my own body, and there was a stain on the bed skirt.

“All and all it was a pleasant stay and I would do it again.”

It was busy, and there was no bread or bagels for quite a while. I liked the hard‑boiled eggs, and a plain yogurt would have been nicer than all the sugary options. I got fresh towels but no more coffee pods.

The staff were excellent and the room was spacious and clean. No negatives.
