The balero had too little water to shower, and we were sold a 3 hours banya session but forced to leave after only 2 hours 30 minutes, which feels dishonest.

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. While I appreciated the cozy room and the serene surroundings of the nearby forest, I found the staff to be overly intrusive and annoying. They even tried to charge me extra fees upon checkout, which left a sour taste. The food was a major letdown, with a pretentious 'healthy' menu that turned out to be nothing more than a bunch of empty promises – I ended up bringing my own food to avoid the disappointment.
