The place was clean and pleasant, but the bathroom could use an upgrade.

The venue was in a prime spot for our event, and the hotel itself is solid. Tina, who checked us in, was wonderful. The accommodation feels a bit dated but stays tidy and clean. Wifi works well, and there’s a microwave along with the usual amenities. It’s average lodging, so if you’re not overly picky it will fit. The meals are lovely and very reasonably priced—we ate lunch and tea there. The rooms are upstairs and downstairs—no lift—so keep that in mind if you have mobility issues and request a ground‑floor room when booking.

It turned out better than we expected; the room was nice with a comfy bed and a good shower, and the amenities were solid.

The location is good, but the staff left something to be desired.

Room was clean and tidy. The electric kettle needs to be replaced. Outside roller shutters to stop noise from freeway. Smokes smoke along verandah. As soon as you open door smoke comes in your room
