Nothing at all, the staff's behaviour was pathetic even in front of me he was talking to the people staying that he can't offer the towels more than 2 for a room where he offered 6 people room He was rude, the owners father and even didn't offer me the room even when my booking was confirmed. Location 1 km from Sri Mahakal Temple. 1. Rooms overcharged 2. Not proper cleaning 3. Basic. Amenities like hand-wash etc was not provided even after asking 4. The manager was good but the so called owner mis behaved 5. It’s very bad we reached at property immediately after our train reached at Ujjain station then we called to the number of property person they said now no booking of urs in our hotel then it takes 2hr to find another property when my wife and daughter also we me. Now I will never fix any hotel booking . U r not trustable
