The tranquility, calm, and helpful staff were great; however, the breakfast had limited variety. Over three days I noticed that the whole cake from one day was sliced the next day, there were few fruit options, and egg replenishment was slow.

The room was spacious, very clean, and the view was wonderful, but a scheduling mishap ruined the whole experience: I was told the breakfast ran from 7:30 to 10:30, I called reception twice to confirm and was ignored, then at checkout I was told breakfast would be from 08–10 h, so I had to leave. Even though I had been told breakfast started at 08 h, no solution was offered and I was very upset.

The outdoor area was great, with good pools and a beautiful view, and the staff were polite and friendly. The room’s condition didn’t match the price; furniture and doors needed upkeep, the mirrors were rusty, and overall it could have been much better. The breakfast selection was limited and it would have helped to start serving earlier.
