Ce que les clients pensent de l'hôtel, aspect par aspect.
The location is convenient, directly connected to Osaki station. Breakfast was decent with an adequate choice. Room cleaning was substandard: cups and glasses weren't washed on some days, and the floor wasn't cleaned properly.

The room was very clean and spacious enough for two people, making it comfortable. It was a bit disappointing that when I opened the curtains, I could see a building right in front of me.

Checkout went smoothly and the amenities were plentiful, letting me pick what I needed, but the coin‑laundry was undersized, often crowded and slow to return items.
