I really appreciated the hospitality and the team’s attentiveness; they were always ready to help. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The location was excellent, giving easy access to the city’s main spots. Nothing major disrupted my visit, just a few small details that could be mentioned (like the electric stove we could use but wasn’t listed). The fridge was great, and the minibar chilled everything well. Overall, nothing that hurt the positive experience.

The view was amazing, the chalets cozy, and we were well taken care of. We’re used to waking up early, but breakfast arrived after 9 am, which could use improvement.
